OXION WARRANTY
Oxion products come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturer part defects from the time of purchased. All goods are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind the safety and performance of our products and guarantee this warranty against lack of quality or mechanical soundness.
ISSUES OR DEFECTS
If your newly purchased purifier arrived defective or damaged, we will gladly repair your product or replace it within 30 days of purchase, as appropriate and at our discretion, free of charge.
This guarantee is non-transferable and does not cover cosmetic damage, wear and tear, damage resulting from abuse, misuse, loss of the unit, unauthorized repair, improper handling, or products purchased from an unauthorized retailer and distributor. This warranty will not cover consequential damages.
Oxion's policy is to honor product warranties only on products purchased directly from Oxion or from an authorized Oxion reseller, and only if accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
REGARDING POWER USAGE
Our US purifiers are designed to operate at 110V. If you use our US purifiers in a country that uses 220V-240V and a power issue results, this will not be covered by our warranty.
